First recognized as an Approved Pre-Professional Practice Program (AP4) by the American Dietetic Association in August 1991, the Family Health Council dietetic internship received full accreditation in July 1997.
Accreditation was granted by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of The American Dietetic Association (ADA). CADE is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Post-secondary Accreditation and the United States Department of Education. CADE can be contacted at:
