Dietetic Internship: Application Process

- To be eligible for the Dietetic Internship, candidates must:
- have completed the ADA minimum academic requirements
- have a grade point average of 3.0 in dietetics or nutrition courses
- submit an application
- GRE Score is not required for our application process.
- Once you are accepted into the program, Act 33 (Pennsylvania Child Abuse History), Act 34 (Criminal Record Check) and the FBI Fingerprinting will be required in order to take part in certain rotations.
D&D Digital Systems
All applicants to the Dietetic Internships and Pre-Professional Practice
Programs listed in the instruction booklet from D&D Digital Systems
must participate in computer matching. Applicants must register with D&D Digital online at www.dnddigital.com, pay the $50.00 computer matching fee by credit card, enter their contact information and DI priority choices by 11:59 PM CST on February 15, 2011.

Nov. 22, 2010- RSVP for Open House due (email Pat Webb at pwebb@adagiohealth.org to register)
Nov. 24, 2010 Dietetic Internship Open House (8:45 am to Noon at 2418 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights PA 15065)
Jan. 6, 2011 - Applications must be postmarked by this date
(Incomplete applications will not be considered for this round of interviews.)
Jan. 25 - Feb. 3, 2011 - Interviews will be conducted.
Feb. 15, 2011 - Deadline for D&D Digital Systems computer matching.
Apr. 3, 2011 - Applicant Notification Day.
Apr. 5, 2011 - Applicant Appointment Day.
Aug. 15, 2011 - Program begins. (Date subject to change.)

In addition, forms that appear as links below may be downloaded from this site. Just right-click on each link, select 'save target as' or 'save file as,' and choose where you want the file to be saved (ex., 'Desktop').
These files are available in portable document format (.pdf) and require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from Adobe's web site.
Please make sure all information is included and postmarked by January 4, 2010. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered for this round of interviews.
