Beaver Falls Office - Beaver Falls, PA 15010
50% time (20 hours per week)
Reports to:
Call Center Supervisor
Responsibilities:

Answers calls consistent with Adagio Health policies and standards of operations.

Provides the appropriate information and referrals.
- Completes data entry to each call center project as assigned.

Follows customer service guidelines to complete Adagio Health scheduling procedures.

Provides call center data and reports as assigned.

Provides high quality customer service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One year related work experience required. Computer skills required.
Salary: $8.94 (hourly)
