Healthy Start House - Duquesne, PA 15110
100% time (40 hours per week)
Reports to:
Director of Health Network Services
Responsibilities:

Manages the day to day operation of the Healthy Start House including the scheduling of staff hours and responsibilities.
- Develops and assists in the implementation of the programmatic service delivery offerings for the House including client documentation, support, training, referral, advocacy, and follow-up.

Supervises Health Start House Personnel.
- Participates in the selection process for Healthy Start participants.

Develops, interprets, and adheres to operating procedures and protocols for Healthy Start House.

Monitors and assures staff and building compliance with governmental regulations governing operation of Healthy Start House.

Responsible for on-site fiscal management of Healthy Start House.
- Serves as Healthy Start House liaison with area government, community organizations, and Healthy Start, Inc.
- Prepares reports as required regarding Healthy Start House.
- Assists in the development of self-sustaining strategies for Healthy Start House.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Public Health, Social Work or related field, or Bachelor's Degree with two or more supervisory and program management experience in maternal and child or health care service organization. Experience in residential living facility strongly preferred. Must be available flexible hours to meet needs of 24-hour residential program. Act 33 clearance required. Minimum local travel.
Salary: $33,092.00 (annually)
