100% time (40 hours per week)
Reports to:
Office Manager/Market Leader
Responsibilities:

Determines program participant eligibility consistent with regulations and policies.
- Documents nutritional risk status and prescribes food packages for program participants.

Issues and secures supplemental food instruments.

Implements county-level nutrition education plan, including mandated nutrition education contact.

Prepares nutritional care plans for high risk participants, in coordination with supervisor.
- Provides staff training and orientation in accordance with WIC-Adagio Health Training Manual.
- Provides high quality customer service and marketing interventions within the service area.
- Works in any Nutrition Services program as needed.
- Performs other duties as indicated.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food/Nutrition/Dietetics. RD and PA licensure may be required in certain locations. Travel required
Salary: $30,000.00 (annually)
